Hello all!
Would you like to showcase your talent at this year's National Convention in Orlando, Florida? The National Federation of the Blind Performing Arts Division excitedly presents this year's Annual Showcase of Talent on Sunday, July 7th, from 8 PM to 11 PM, at the Rosen Centre Hotel!
Preregistration is now closed. The remaining 10 slots will be available for registration at National Convention from July 3rd - July 5th at National Convention.
Registration for performers is $10 per act, and family and friends can attend the show for $5.
Please keep your family-friendly performance between 2 minutes and 4 minutes in length, no longer, including any introductory remarks. We reserve the right to end performances that exceed the time limit, so please practice your performance with this in mind. Please limit yourself to one entry as a solo, part of a duet, group, etc. excluding accompanying others, to maximize participation. While all skill levels are welcome, there will be a judged competition with cash prizes for the winners. If you have previously won first in the Showcase, please refrain from entering again to allow others the chance to perform. Please also join us for our division meeting and audition workshop on Friday, July 5, 1 - 5 PM.
Instructions for Registration at Convention:
1) Fill out your information and make your payment during the convention at our business meeting or with President Katelyn MacIntyre. The last 10 slots will be reserved for on-site registration during convention. Any sign-ups must be completed and received no later than 9 PM on Friday, July 5.
Payment must be made for ALL acts by Saturday, July 6th at 9:00 PM or your entry will be dropped from the list. www.paypal.me/nfbpad
